  • Wholemeal Toast with Butter & Jam:

    • 1 tsp jam (20 calories)
  • Coffee with Milk: 1 cup with a splash of semi-skimmed milk (15 calories)

Total Breakfast: 320 calories


🍬 Mid-Morning Treat: Quality Street Chocolates

  • Quality Street Chocolates: 3 pieces (110 calories)

Total Mid-Morning: 110 calories


🍗 Lunch: Boxing Day Turkey Leftover Plate and Wine

  • Roast Turkey: 100g (135 calories)
  • Cold Roast Potatoes: 100g (150 calories)
  • Mixed Salad: Lettuce, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes (30 calories)
  • Cranberry Sauce: 1 tbsp (25 calories)
  • White Wine: 125ml (90 calories)
