You don't need any of that

You don't want any of that

You just want to lose some fat so you look better in and out of clothes

That's it

Once you admit to yourself, you'll make everything so much easier

You don't need to be;

  • Drinking lemon water 🍋

  • Getting precisely 8.6 hours of sleep every night 🛌

  • Training for Hyrox 🏃‍♂️

  • Wearing blue light-blocking glasses 👓

  • Waiting for an hour after you wake up to have your first coffee ☕

  • Trying to make yourself more mobile than a Russian ballerina 🤸‍♀️

None of this is going to hurt, it's all just pointless fluff

It all takes your focus away from what needs to be done to lose that belly

Which is;

  1. Track weight daily ⚖
  2. Eat to a calorie target 📱
  3. Do a specific number of steps every day 🚶‍♀️

If you want to do Red Light Yoga therapy and take every supplement in Holland&Barret as well, knock yourself out

But it will have zero impact on your results
