Is It Too Late to Lose Weight For Summer?

We haven't seen it in what feels like a very long time - but I think I remember it being called the sun 🤔

When it's summer, you can't imagine it being winter, and when it's winter, you can't imagine it being summer

And while it definitely isn't summer yet, those first glimpses of March have got me thinking about holidays, the beach, and generally just not having to wear 17 layers of clothes to leave the house

All nice thoughts right?

But they are slightly less nice when you're not fully confident in your physique

Maybe you delete that beach selfie, maybe you can't wear what you were planning to because you hate your arms, maybe you just want to sweat less?! 😰

Life is just generally better all round when you're not constantly conscious about your gut

But have you left it too late to start improving your body for THIS summer?

I always say the best time to start is yesterday, and I stand by that, BUT...

There is still PLENTY of time to make some improvements 📆

Let's say you've got a holiday booked for the 2nd week of July

If you start NOW, that gives you a week to settle into the programme, then a whole FOUR MONTHS to get results

And as long you're on it, there's a lot you can do in 4 months.

That's 16 weeks.

Most people I work with lose around 1 pound a week, so starting now would mean a 16 pound loss

That's over a stone, or 8kg

That would make a huge difference to your physique. Night and day.
