But there are always barriers

One of the biggest barriers is tracking calories

It's so important in the early stages of weight loss

But it is time consuming

It's easy to be inaccurate

And it can be tricky when you're eating out

The good news is, there is now an easier way

And yes, it's using AI

You might not know this, but you can ask Chat GPT to estimate your calories for you

Just take a picture of your lunch, add it to Chat GPT and type 'calories' (or something a bit more polite if you think the robots are taking over one day)

Here's how it's done...

Now, is it going to be 100% accurate?

No

But tracking calories never is, and if this means you'll actually start doing it, VS putting weight loss off indefinitely, then it's very good news for you

So if that's the one thing stopping you from going for it in 2025 - there's your solution.
