β β All require months and years or repeating small habits, daily and weekly β β And the same is true of permanent weight loss β β The good news is that weight loss doesn't actually need a huge amount of acute effort β β Within the course of a day, it's pretty easy β β You just need to; β β
β β The way you do this is by repeating tiny, boring habits; β β
β β The hard part is, you need to do those things almost every day β β For months β β And this is why your habits determine your future π β β Without those habits it's unlikely you'll lose weight β β It won't happen if you make a huge effort to do something now and again β β
