Wait wait wait β β β This is actually GOOD news β β β I'm not going to say you need to Paleo Monday to Wednesday, then Vegan Thursday to Sunday β β β That would be awful π β β β In fact, doing Vegan, Paleo, Intermittant Fasting, Slimming World or any other fad diet (yes, they're all fads) is awful β β β Good thing you don't need to do any of that β β β If you know me, you know that all you need for weight loss is a calorie deficit β β β You just need to maintain that deficit until you reach your target π β β β Simple β β β BUT β β β (And this is actually good news as well) β β β You'll need to do something different once you get to your target weight β β β You can't just stay in a deficit forever (if you did you'd eventually starve to death) β β β β This is your '2nd' diet β β β Let's say you've been eating 1,600 calories a day to lose weight β β β to MAINTAIN your weight, you'll need to INCREASE your calories β β β So you'll might bump it up by an extra 300-500 calories β β β Which COULD be a lot of extra food if you use the calories wisely β β β Or it could just be a couple more biscuits with your tea πͺβ β β β Either way it's pretty cool that you can start eating MORE and maintain your weight β β β And while this might be your 2nd diet...
