But your body doesn't care Your body isn't going to give you a free pass, and carry on using the same amount of calories, just because it's been raining a lot If you want to carry on losing weight, you're gonna need to invest in a good waterproof and carry on with those 8,000 steps The same goes for food I get it, it's cold outside and you want to spend more time on the sofa eating junk Getting takeaways is a form of entertainment when it is cold and dark out I understand that But your body doesn't All your body knows is that you're shoving more calories into it The point of this email is, at this time of year, it seems totally normal to;
